The Church:
The church is both horizontal and vertical. We reach out to each other and reach up to God for relationship and fellowship. In turn, the Church then turns to reach out to others so they too can find the love and fellowship made possible through Jesus Christ.
Leadership:
Planning, inclusion, mutuality, and participation are the watchwords of good leadership.
Discipleship:
The goal of discipleship is to create Christ like behaviors and thinking in the life of the believer. To help them develop the gifts, graces, and values of the new life found in Jesus Christ. Why? Growth, replication, and expansion of the Gospel in the hearts of men and women.
